notification 
The tMirrorLiUpSubFailed event is generated when the system as a UP
fails to intercept traffic for a CUPS (Control/User Plane Separation)
subscriber.
          
The subscriber is indicated in the object tMirrorNotifyLiIdentifier.
          
[CAUSE] Detailed information about the exact cause of the notification
is available in the object tMirrorLiNotifyLongDescription.
          
[EFFECT] Any traffic of a CUPS subscriber subject to Lawful Intercept
is not intercepted.
