The value of tMirrorLiCfgSciPfcpSharedKey specifies the shared key,
used between the User Plane (UP) and the Control Plane (CP)  over the
State Control interface (SCi) for LI-Container IE received from the
CP.
          
It is used to decrypt the LI-Container IE at the UP.
          
Only a printable string is accepted.
