The value of tLagPerLinkHashWeighted specifies whether there is a
class and weight based balanced distribution of traffic egressing on
the objects configured on the LAG.
              
An 'inconsistentValue' error is returned if this object is set to
'true' when tLagPerLinkHash is also set to 'true'.
