configurable string to be added as prefix to the NAS-Port-Id attribute
if included in RADIUS accounting-request messages.
              
This field is only applicable if the 'nasPortId' bit is set in
tmnxL2tpApIncludeAttributes and tmnxL2tpApNasPortIdPfixType is set to
'userString'.
