The tmnxEthTunnelChassisIndex indicates the chassis index for the
Ethernet Tunnel Group. The tmnxEthTunnelChassisIndex along with the
tmnxEthTunnelIfIndex specifies the row in tmnxPortEntry that
corresponds to the Ethernet Tunnel Group.
