Entries in the tmnxEthRingSAPPathTable are created and destroyed by
the system when the TIMETRA-SAP-MIB::sapEthRingIndex is set to a
non-zero value during the creation of a row in the
TIMETRA-SAP-MIB::sapBaseInfoTable.
