The value of tmnxChassisIndex specifies a system identifier. The value
of this object cannot be changed. The only supported value is '1'.
Different values of TmnxPhysChassisIndex are used to identify
different physical chassis (e.g. in an XRS-40 system) in
tmnxPhysChassisTable.
