tmnxChassisEntry consists of the system level information pertaining
to the hardware present in the system.
Only one entry is created and maintained by the system, which is
assigned the tmnxChassisIndex value '1'. Once this entry is created,
it cannot be destroyed. Additional entries cannot be manually created
or destroyed.
Support of multiple chassis' are managed through the use of
tmnxPhysChassisTable.
