The value of tmnxChassisCLLICode specifies the Common Language
Location Identifier (CLLI) code for the system. A CLLI code is an 11
character standardized geographic identifier that uniquely identifies
the geographic location of places and certain functional categories of
equipment unique to the telecommunications industry.
If the set on this object specifies a non-null string, the string will
automatically be truncated or padded (with spaces) to 11 characters.
