TmnxSSMQualityLevel
The value of tSyncIfTimingAdmBITSOutQlMin specifies the minimum
quality level that a signal must have for it to be selected for BITS
output. This can be used to ensure that the signal has traceability to
a source with at least a specific quality level so that the attached
equipment can function properly.
A value of 'unknown (0)' indicates that there is no minimum quality
level.
Values: 'smc (7)', st4 (8)', 'dus (9)', 'dnu (14)', 'inv (15)', 'pno
(16)', and 'failed (19)' are not supported for this object.
