The following values are valid:

length0To110 (1) - For line length from 0 to 110 feet
length110To220 (2) - For line length from 110 to 220 feet
length220To330 (3) - For line length from 230 to 330 feet
length330To440 (4) - For line length from 330 to 440 feet
length440To550 (5) - For line length from 440 to 550 feet
length550To660 (6) - For line length from 550 to 660 feet
The default is 'lengthNotApplicable' on CPM cards which do not
support line length. Otherwise, the default is 'length0To110'.
