The value of tmnxSfmIcPortSFFStatus indicates the operational status
of the inserted SFF. If tmnxSfmIcPortSFFEquipped is false, the
tmnxSfmIcPortSFFStatus will be 'not-equipped (0)', otherwise
'operational (1)' if no failure is detected.
