Object
The value of tBgpPeerRowStatus specifies the row status for this BGP
Peer for the virtual router. It is used to create and delete row
entries in this table.
In order for an attempt to 'destroy' this row entry to succeed, the
value of tBgpPeerShutdown must be 'true'.
