The value of tBgpPeerGroupNoAggregatorID specifies if different
routers in the same AS create aggregate routes containing different AS
paths.
A value of 'true' would enable setting the router ID to 0 in the
aggregator path attribute when BGP is aggregating routes.
A value of 'false' would disable setting the router ID to 0 in the
aggregator path attribute when BGP is aggregating routes.
