An entry (conceptual row) in the tBgpPeerGroupTable.
An entry can be created using the row status object,
tBgpPeerGroupRowStatus. When created, all objects are initialized to
their default values.
Before the Peer entry can be used, tBgpPeerGroupRowStatus must be set
to 'active(1)'. The Peer entry can be removed by setting
tBgpPeerRowStatus to 'destroy(6)'.
