Object
The value of tBgpPeerGroupHoldTimeIsStrict specifies whether or not
tBgpPeerGroupHoldTime has to be strictly enforced.
When the value of tBgpPeerGroupHoldTimeIsStrict is true, this BGP peer
group will not negotiate a hold time lower than the configured value
for tBgpPeerGroupHoldTime.
This object is obsoleted in release 10.0. Desired functionality of
strict enforcement of hold time can be achieved by configuring the
value of tBgpPGMinHoldTime.
