Enumeration
This variable is used to disable or enable the element
alarm checking. When disabled(1), the element
will not check any alarms (or send traps).
Default value is enabled(2).
Note: This variable must be consistent with
commonAlarmDetectionControl in SCTE-HMS-COMMON-MIB, if
that is implemented.
