The number of messages transmitted by the syslog sender. This does not include the messages that could not be queued for transmission by the syslog sender. If this syslog entity is not a syslog sender the value of this object will be zero. Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of syslogOperationsCounterDiscontinuityTime.
