The number of messages received by the syslog
receiver which had malformed header.
If this syslog entity is not a syslog receiver,
then this object will have a zero value.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can
occur at re-initialization of the management system,
and at other times as indicated by the value of
syslogOperationsCounterDiscontinuityTime.
