Note:Before enabling or disabling radius server
     save the radius server status to make 
     effect of the modifications done
     Enabling the radius server may fail
     if certificates are not imported or 
     Private key password set does not match
     certificates or no radius client is
     added. Use ccRadiusEapPasswd to set
     Private key password
