scalar r/w OctetString 
Name of the attribute in the user schema 
which specifies groups associated with 
the user. This is used if the group 
filter specified by ccRadiusGroupFilter 
return an error.
   LDAP2 is not supported at present.Hence this OID 
will not support any fuctionality.
