ccPOCGTxProfile

The TxProfile of the Policy Object.
This controls how the AccessPort treats 
a packet. Valid only for an Output policy (Trying to 
SET for an Input Policy results in an error).
Values are 0 & 2.
0 is Data
2 is Voice
-1 in reply implies that the policy being queried was an Input Policy.
