The Type of Service in the Policy Object.
This is specific to the enterprise in which
the Wireless Switch is deployed.The user has to input
a bit pattern of six bits.Valid for both Input and Output 
Policies.For disabling the TOS, use 'disable' as the
input for this OID. Any valid 6-bit sequence automatically 
enables its usage.
