Or <allow/deny,Start MAC,End MAC>. The former is to be used for configuring
access for a single MAC address, while the latter configures a range of
MAC addresses.
Note: AddItem with 0 or 1.0 or x.0 is invalid index number.
The index number has to be great than 0.
