6. Set apRadioCfgDesPowerLevel
7. Get apRadioCfgPowerInMW
8. Set and pull progress of apRadioCfgSet 
9. Validate the configuration has been set by getting
     apRadioCfgPlacement
     apRadioCfgChannel
     apRadioCfgPowerLevel
