This object indicates the ARP classification ID. If the swL2StaticVlanType is not byIpSubnet(2), this value must be 0. If the swL2StaticVlanType is byIpSubnet(2), the range of this object is 1 to 4094. This object is useful when create the first IpSubnet entry, and not allow to modify.
