been created with this key.If the value is not set, then 
it will be taken as infinite and displayed as 2136-02-06,06:28:15,
DateTime equivalent to max value of UINT4.
For example, Tuesday May 26, 1992 at 1:30:15 PM should be 
configured as,  1992-5-26,13:30:15.0
