scalar r/w Enumeration 
A variable denotes the security level of RIP-2
in the system. The value `minimumSecurity` denotes
that the RIP1 packets will be accepted even when
authentication is in use. The value `maximumSecurity`
denotes that RIP1 packets will be ignored when
authentication is in use
