The output of this COSQ is sent to the scheduler attached to the queue. For eg., A packet may flow from a cosq to the schedulers in the following way: COSQ => S3 => S2 => S1 => Egress port. The value of this object could be unique in the system/port. A valid value is not mandatory for the creation of the conceptual row. This object is used for hierarchical queuing.
