This is the log to the base 2 of the delay request interval in seconds. This speifies the time to the members devices to send delay request messages when the port is in the master. specify the minimum permitted mean time interval between successive Delay_Req messages, min delay request interval value is a compromise between the fluctuation in link delay and startup time and the communication and computation load imposed by transmission of these messages.
