This value specifies the actual RR behaviour that is currently being applied to the neighbour. Can be enabled only when fsMplsRsvpTeNbrRRCapable is enabled. Value enabled implies that, bundling/RR techniques will be used for messages going to this neighbour. This value dynamically changes depending on the Neighbour's RR capability, Manager Configuration.
