This object indicates whether the neighbor supports RecoveryPath message capability. R bit indicates that the node desire to receive the RecoveryPath message. T bit indicates that the node desire to send the RecoveryPath message. S bit indicates that the node desire to send and receive SRefresh RecoveryPath message.
