This is a 4-byte (32-bit) object with each bit enabling/
disabling dump of a particular type of message.
In the following patterns the bit set to 1 is the  
bit corresponding to that message. 
When the bit corresponding to a message is set, dump of
that message is enabled.
Only the least significant 2-bytes are given below as
the Most Significant 2-bytes are always set to
