The fsMplsTunnelCRLDPResTable allows a manager to
specify which CR-LDP-specific resources are desired
for an MPLS tunnel if that tunnel is signaled using
CR-LDP. Note that these attributes are in addition
to those specified in mplsTunnelCRLDPResTable. This
table augments the mplsTunnelCRLDPResTable.
