This counter denotes the number of times the BGP Peer has tried to issue a TCP-Connect with its neighboring peers. It is an internal value. It increments for each Autostop event. If the 'fsMIBgp4mpePeerTcpCurrentConnectRetryCnt' exceeds the 'fsMIBgp4mpePeerTcpConnectRetryCnt' value, PeerDampening is performed, provided the corresponding flag is enabled.
