has announced to this peer.  The value for 
fsMIBgp4MpePrefixCountersPrefixesSent will be greater than or equal to 
fsMIBgp4MpePrefixCountersOutPrefixes, since it reflects prefixes 
which have been subsequently withdrawn after their announcement
(assuming any such withdrawn prefixes exist).
