This object is used to set the TCP Destination Port of the TCP
Connection.  This object can be optionally set. If this object is set,
the value mentioned in this object is used as the source TCP port for
setting up TCP connection. If this object is not set, next available
port number is used as source TCP port for setting up TCP connection.
