An MsrUpdateEventFail notification is sent when there is some failure in configuration change event received from SNMP Agent. issMsrFailedOid indicates the OID for which configuration change event has failed. issMsrFailedValue indicates the value of the corresponding OID for which configuration change event failure has occured.
