This trap is generated when the switching happens from working transport entity to protection transport entity (and vice-versa). The generated trap will carry the information about the context-name, the protection group status indicating whether the service is carried over the working path or the protection path currently and the mechanism (Auto Protection Switch, Forced Switch, Manual Switch) by which the switching happened.
