column Enumeration
This MIB object specifies the PeerDamped Status. If it is enabled, it denotes that the peer is in damped state. If it is disabled, it denotes that either the peer has recovered from the damped state or not entered into the Damped state. If enabled and if the IdleHold Timer Threshold value is exceeded, issue Manual Stop, reset the fsbgp4mpePeerTcpCurrentConnectRetryCnt value to zero and disable the fsbgp4mpePeerAllowAutomaticStart.
