in the index to the peer
'clear(2)' will clear/dissociate the keyId mentioned
in the index to the peer
During read/snmpget on the ogject the value
'set(1)' will indicate TCP-AO is enabled and the value
returned by fsbgp4TCPAOAuthKeyId is valid
Read on object will not display clear
