Setting this object triggers the sending of the Route Refresh message to all the peers. This object will be cleared once the Route Refresh message is sent to all the peers.Route-Refresh message support is a default feature.If not negotiated via capability negotiation, inbound soft-reconfig is performed internally on setting this object.
