This object specifies the minimum prefix-length in bits for a IP address prefix. Any route with prefix-length equal to or greater than this length will be considered as a match, if fsBgp4ORFMaxLength is not specified. If it is ZERO, it will be considered as unspecified and it will not be considered while applying the rule. If both fsBgp4ORFMinLength and fsBgp4ORFMaxLength are specified, then a route with prefix-length with in the range of fsBgp4ORFMinLength and fsBgp4ORFMaxLength will be considered as a match
