The number of continuous monitoring intervals (see sub10UnitMgmtAlarmMonitorIntvl) where the measured object has crossed the raise threshold before the alarm state is set to raised. This is intended to reduce the number of alarm state transitions when the measured object value is rapidly changing close to the configured raise threshold.
