scalar mandatory r/w Enumeration 
Indicates whether the switch is permitted
to generate linkUp/linkDown traps.
The value of this object overrides any configuration
information; as such, it provides a means whereby all
linkUp/linkDown traps may be disabled.  The default
value is enabled(1).
