column r/w OctetString 
An optional parameter used by the application protocol.
For DNS, this would be the hostname or IP.  For HTTP,
this would be the URL.  For nntp, this would be the
news group.  For TCP, this would be the port number.
For SMTP, this would be the recipient (and could
assume the message is predefined).
