scalar SspmMicroSeconds 
A read-only variable that indicates the devices'
capability for the minimum supported
sspmSourceFrequency.  If sspmSourceFrequency is
set to a value lower than the value reported
by this attribute, then the set of sspmSourceFrequency
will fail with an inconsistent value error.
