This object is used to enable and disable specific OSPFv3 traps. Currently the following are defined 0x00000000 - Traps are not enabled. 0x00000001 - Restarting router status changes 0x00000002 - Nieghbor Helper status changes 0x00000004 - Virtual Neighbor Helper Status Changes. 0x00000008 - Hot Standby state changes
