Object

column r/w SNMPv2-SMIIpAddress 
Specifies the IP address given to this
interface. The specification of this object is
mandatory for all network interfaces (Ethernet,
FR VC, IPoA interface, PPP link - not under MP,
MP interface and X.25 VC). If the interface is
not a network interface then the default value
of 0.0.0.0 is assigned and the interface is
treated as a un-numbered interface by IP.
