scalar r/w Enumeration 
Sets the password policy which is enforced to users when determining their password.
Low 	- password should contain minimum 6 characters,
Medium - not supported,
High 	- password should contain minimum 8 characters, minimum 1 upper case character, 
		  minimum 1 special character, and minimum 1 number.
